Regional cooperative bank Crédit Agricole Centre-est (2,800 employees) has developed the nello mobile application in partnership with studio startup La Fabrique by CA to help simplify the daily lives of family caregivers and reduce their mental burden. Officially launched on June 23, the app was designed around the needs expressed by caregivers themselves and tested by 150 volunteer employees over a two-month period. It is now available to other companies as well as to all caregivers across France.

Following a two-month pilot phase, nello has been available to all Crédit Agricole Centre-est employees since June 2. Developed jointly by the regional bank and La Fabrique by CA, the app was co-created with employee caregivers to address the practical challenges they face. “There are many different caregiving situations, each one unique. But what all caregivers have in common is the mental load they carry. With this application, our goal was to help lighten that burden,” explains nello CEO Pie
