Italy: Maserati’s new company agreement is signed

For a duration of four years (2007-2010), the new company contract plans the increase of the results bonus, an improvement in apprenticeship contracts as well as the establishment of new commissions on security and equal opportunities. Trade unions are satisfied with this agreement which is seen in the scheme of the Fiat group's industrial relations. (Ref. 070785)

The agreement, which was officially signed on September 14, was the object of a very important participation during the referendum of staff consultation. Trade union organizations obtained this agreement without a single hour of strike. With this new contract, Maserati enters the Fiat group’s industrial relations’ system. Among the main novelties are:

  • Economic part. The agreement plans, for 2007, a results bonus (for all employees, including those in a precarious situation) amounting to 1.620
