The managements of the trade union confederations Cgil, Cisl and Uil approved, on may 12, the guidelines for the reform of the industrial relations system : reaffirmation of the role of national collective agreements, better articulation between the two negotiation levels, improvement of union democracy; these are the tracks of the text, which still needs to be consulted by the employees before being negotiated with the Confindustria at the beginning of June. “An agreement which builds a new union”.
