This minimum wage increase also impacts the calculation of some bonuses or benefits, notably:

  • Benefits due in the name of mass layoff: the law on mass layoffs states that layoff benefits can’t exceed the equivalent of 15 months of minimum wage, i.e. now PLN 20,790 (about €5,198)
