The Polish unions and government are launching a war against auto-hiring. For an employer, in order to avoid paying taxes and social contributions, this system consists in inciting an employee to create his or her own little company. (Ref. 070211)
In most cases, this business start-up is neither spontaneous nor voluntary, and the employee evidently keeps on working for his or her former employer. “Very simply, there is a simulation of the work contract,” analyzed jurists. Thus, the gradual removal of auto-hiring now appears in a good position in the propositions of the national social Agreement negotiated at the moment.
