  • Maternity and adoption leave. Since 2010, young mothers have been entitled to an ‘additional’ two-week maternity leave in addition to basic maternity leave, which has reached 20 weeks with the Act of December 6, 2008. In 2012, this additional leave will last for four weeks (6 for multiple births).
  • Paternity leave.
