Transport social partners are consulted on the draft bill which transposes into Spanish law the 2002/15 EU on the organization of the working time of persons performing mobile road transport activities. (Ref. 070222)
The government regained control after the setback of the negotiations started by Spanish social partners on the transposition of the 2002/15 directive which expired in March 2005. This decree-law amends the current article 10 from the 1561/1995 royal decree on specific working time. The decree-law introduces the following novelties :
