Spain: three candidates for the leadership of the CEOE employers’ organization

An issue of succession rather than a true questioning. Currently listed candidates all come from the CEOE’s innermost circle. They are all on the confederation’s board: Santiago Herrero, leader of the employers’ confederation of Andalusia, Joan Rosell, leader of Fomento del Treball, the Catalonian organization, and Jesus  Banegas, leader of the  employers’ organization and electronics, IT and communication.  For the moment, none of them has issued a true electoral program. For the CEOE’s regulars, the process is seen more as a mere succession issue than as a will to give the organization a new tone.
