Thales : renewal of agreement on European Works Council

The EWC of Thales, world leader of information systems in aeronautics, space, defense and safety, is composed of 35 members (17 French, 5 British, 3 Germans and 2 members respectively for Spain and Italy). It holds two plenary sessions a year for an exchange of views, dialogue and the gathering of information on transnational topics impacting on at least two countries. A preparatory meeting precedes the plenary session. Each French union organization affiliated to a European union federation is entitled to appoint a union representative to the council. Two representatives, respectively of the EMF and the FEDEM without voting rights attend the meetings.
