Is this really the light at the end of a tunnel for Marks & Spencer, which has been losing confidence in the stock market for more than 10 years? On 25th May 2022, at the next A.G.M., Marks & Spencer will welcome two co-C.E.O.s to the Board. These are Stuart Machin, already Chief Operating Officer since May 2021, and Katie Bickerstaffe, a newcomer who has distinguished herself in the digital transformation of Dixons.
