The summary order enjoins the Alcatel-Lucent company to provide, in English and in French, written information on several topics: 1/ a precise and numbered report of the grounds – according to the case – for abandoning, transferring or grouping together activities; 2/ a precise and numbered account of the method and elements used to calculate alleged workforce surpluses; 3/ the number of planned job cuts, for each division and for each country, by categories of workers; 4/ the precise and numbered justification for this sharing out; 5/ the projected agenda for the planned job cuts.
