During its January 30, 2007 session, the national Labor Council adopted the labor collective convention n°88, concerning the implication of workers in the European cooperative company. This instrument transposes into Belgian law the directive from the July 22, 2003 council, which complements the status of the European cooperative company regarding the implication of workers, for what is related to matters concerning the social partners' ability.
