The energy technology group Schneider Electric joins the list of companies that have framed social dialogue in a dedicated agreement in recent months (CDC Habitat, Maif, Axa, Syensqo, with La Poste coming soon). The request was made by the group’s trade unions (15,000 employees in France) at the end of 2025.
