France: the first decree which fights social dumping concerns airline companies

The first implementing decree of law n°2005-882 of August 2nd, 2005, which notably reforms the rules for workers' posting on the French territory, has been published. This text tries to circumscribe an airline practice which aims at circumventing the French labour law by posting in France flight attendants who, in fact, are linked on a regular basis to an "exploitation base" located in France.
