Great Britain: the government has a few days to change its regulations on equality between men and women

The Equal Opportunity Commission - EOC - won an important victory before the High Court of Justice, which judged, on March 12, that the government had not properly transposed into British law the EU definition on sexual harassment and the directive which forbids discrimination against pregnant women. The government has seven days to reexamine this legislation. (Ref. 070235)

The sexual harassment definition excludes acts committed by a third party.
