‘s key trade union, the CGIL, presented a popular initiative bill on the right to continuous training. The text is aimed at catching up Italy’s structural delay in terms of continuous training. Asserting the right of every person to lifelong training, it defines the necessary measures to establish a national, integrated and decentralized training system. (Ref. 090639)
