Uil, Fim, Uilm and Fismic unions on October 25th, Fiat confirmed its programs for its Italian undertakings and got unions’ consent for the negotiation of a single collective agreement for the entire group by the end of December. Indeed, since it left the Confindustria employers’ organization, the Italian carmaker has renewed with the “freedom of action” its CEO, Sergio Marchionne, was looking for, since it is no longer covered by the national metal collective agreement.
