Spain: Publication of the law on workers’ involvement in the European Company (SE)

The law on workers' involvement in the European Company (SE) and on the European Cooperative Society (ECS) was officially published on last October 19th. Below we have attached this law, which has already been summarized on our website (see article n°061008). We have also attached the law of November 14th 2005 which creates a status for European companies registered in Spain. (Ref.061060)

These two laws transpose into Spanish law regulation 2157/2001 regarding the status of the European company and directive 2001/86 on workers’ involvement.
