Thales: at its last European convention, the high-tech group evaluates the application of its IDEA and TALK European agreements

A European and joint exercise so the process doesn’t run out of steam.  “IDEA was created two years ago.  We cannot get into a routine, we need to boost it, revitalize its development, and exchanging good practices is a good way to do it.”  This is how Loïc Mahé, HR manager of Thales Group, opened the European convention which took place on July 5th and gathered 65 participants.  “The convention is an essential point letting us see what we’ve done and what we can do better” said Bart Samyn, deputy general-secretary of the European Metalworkers’ Federation (EMF), who signed the agreements.
