Definitions.  The draft ordinance, currently being subject to bilateral consultations before going to the equal committees for their opinion (the National Committee for Collective Bargaining, Commission nationale de la négociation collective – CNNC, and the Committee for Social Dialogue on European and International Issues, Comité de dialogue social aux questions européennes et internationales – CDSEI) includes the definitions of information, consultation and transnationality (matters which concern the entire group or at least two Member States) as written in the Directive.
