The representatives of GDF's EWC and of Suez's IED (European Consultative Committee) will meet on September 17-19 during a joint seminar to prepare the negotiation on the EWC of the new group. This meeting should enable to examine the ways representation rules could be adapted to the new perimeter and to evaluate practices to improve this structure. (Ref. 080689)
Before the merger (see our dispatch No. 080214), the management of the gas producer committed to keep Gaz de France’s EWC agreement, which gives this structure powers and resources which go beyond what is usually granted.
