Germany : dispute over the first bill on the reform of accidents at work and occupational sickness insurance

Social Affairs (BMAS) disclosed initial information on the bill for the reform of accidents at work and occupational sickness insurance. The bill links structural measures, such as the diminution of the number of administrative bodies, to a reform of the catalogue of services, the latter issue being disputed by the social partners.
