A bill prepared by the parliamentary commission for health issues, will soon be discussed in the parliament’s lower house. It should amend the 1995 law concerning the health protection for risks linked to smoking. Among the public places affected by the overall banning of smoking are workplaces. According to the bill, the banning on smoking would concern the company’s premises, as well as a 10-meter perimeter around the company.
