The “Cegid Retail One” super app, unveiled in summer 2026, is currently in the pilot phase, mind Retail has learned. It brings together all the features used by sales staff (checkout, inventories, tasks, reporting) and integrates a conversational AI agent based on several LLMs (including Azure AI Foundry).
